Footwear is about the perfect fit. At Chappals.store, we understand that online shoe shopping requires a flexible return policy. This “Perfect Fit Covenant” ensures that if the shoe doesn’t fit your foot or your style, we have a structured path for correction.

3.2 Eligibility for Exchange & Returns

  • The 7-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The “Unworn” Condition: To be eligible, the chappals must be in pristine, unworn condition with the original box and tags intact. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.
  • Size Exchanges: If the size is incorrect, the first exchange is handled with a 50% subsidized shipping fee to ensure our customers find their perfect fit without heavy costs.

3.3 The Refund Protocol

  • Defective Items: If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., sole detachment or torn leather), we offer a Full Refund or a free replacement.
  • Change of Mind: For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once inspected, a refund is issued to your bank account or as a Store Credit Voucher within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased during “Clearance Sales” or “Flash Sales” are eligible for size exchange only and cannot be refunded.
